Start at 100 and subtract (each penalty is capped):

• Unlimited approval: −10 each (max −40)
• Approval to a non-contract (EOA) spender: −15 each (max −30)
• Other active approval: −3 each (max −15)
• Spam token (name/symbol contains a URL or lure word like "claim", "visit", "airdrop"): −5 each (max −20)
• Unsolicited token (received, but never sent or approved by you): −2 each (max −10)
• Dust balance (less than 0.01 of a token): −2 each (max −10)
• Zero HYPE for gas: −5

Data: Elysium public RPC (balance, nonce, ERC-20 Transfer/Approval logs, live balanceOf and allowance). Only approvals with a non-zero live allowance count.
